Privacy policy.
This policy explains what information Verified RCM collects, how it is used, and the rights you have over it. It applies to visitors of this website and to the practices and patients whose data we process under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
Effective August 4, 2026.
Information we collect
Contact details submitted through forms on this site (name, practice name, email, phone), and, for client practices, protected health information (PHI) processed solely to perform billing, coding and credentialing services under a signed BAA.
How we use information
Website inquiry data is used only to respond to your request and is never sold. PHI processed on behalf of a client practice is used exclusively to submit claims, verify eligibility, manage denials and report on revenue cycle performance, per HIPAA's minimum-necessary standard.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, which pages get read and which do not, so we can keep improving the content. Analytics cookies are enabled by default; a notice on your first visit lets you decline them if you would rather not be tracked, and declining stops analytics tracking immediately. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies, and analytics data is never sold or shared with advertisers. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page.
Data security
All PHI is handled on encrypted, access-controlled systems with audit logging on every touch. Access is limited to staff directly working a given account, each covered by signed confidentiality agreements and annual HIPAA training.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information submitted through this website by contacting us directly. Patients of client practices should direct PHI requests to their provider, who remains the HIPAA-covered entity.
