These terms govern your use of this website and the professional services Verified RCM provides to client practices. By engaging our services or submitting information through this site, you agree to the terms below.
Effective August 4, 2026. Verified RCM LLC is a limited liability company registered in Missouri, Texas and California (2025). We provide medical billing, coding, credentialing and revenue cycle management services to healthcare practices in all 50 states.
Services
Verified RCM provides medical billing, coding, credentialing, prior authorization and practice management services under a separately signed services agreement with each client, which controls scope, pricing and term over these general terms where the two conflict.
No guarantee of outcome
While we work every claim to a clean submission and follow every denial to resolution, reimbursement decisions are made by third-party payers. We do not guarantee a specific approval rate, payment amount or timeline.
Client responsibilities
Client practices are responsible for the clinical accuracy of documentation provided to us, for timely access to their systems, and for maintaining their own provider credentials and licenses in good standing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep proprietary business information confidential. PHI shared under our services agreement is handled exclusively under the terms of a signed Business Associate Agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
